Capital Placement Partners, LLC was established by Thevin Campton, CCIM, following nearly 10 years of investment sale brokerage and advisory experience at a national commercial real estate firm.
Thevin has transacted $430m+ worth of commercial real estate, spanning multi-tenant office, flex, and industrial investment sales, single-tenant GSA transactions, an $82m multi-state upREIT portfolio, and owner-user vacant building sales.
Thevin has directly managed dispositions on behalf of publicly-traded REITs, such as Realty Income (NYSE: $O) and STORE Capital (NYSE: $STOR). He has also directly consulted for national firms on their real estate holdings, such a AAA/ACG, and has sourced multiple off-market acquisitions for entities including Boyd Watterson Asset Management, SERAC Capital, CoreCivic (NYSE: $CXW) and others. Additionally, he has facilitated sales for Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: $STWD), TerraCap Management, Denholtz Properties, and other national and regional firms.
Technological advancements have leveled the playing field in commercial real estate, closing the gap between corporate brokerages and private practices. He founded this firm to offer clients the same exceptional service and accessibility as larger firms, while reducing overhead costs and eliminating conflicts of interest—passing those savings directly to clients.
Thevin lives in Orlando with his wife and daughter. He was born in Ohio, raised in Indiana, and relocated to Florida in 2009.
